CFES Program Resources Professional Agreement and Code of Honour

Before ordering CFES program resources please read the following Professional Agreement, understanding that completing the Bulk Order Form you agree to abide by it during your review and/or when using CFES Program Resources. This is a legally binding document.

A teacher/school may review CFES Program Resources for two weeks from receiving date. If the resources do not meet your needs please return (in same condition received or small fee charged) to the CFES office immediately.

To retain the rights to utilize CFES Program Resources we require the following: The teacher/school will agree to the purchase of CFES Educator Resource Kit(s) (one time fee/teacher/program and small fees for future updates). These Kits can be copied onto transparencies and other paper stock. Certificates, learning assignments, quizzes and exams can be copied as required, per student, per year, per course or an optional student program booklet can be purchased per student. This Kit is to be used solely by the teacher within the program they have implemented within curriculum or credit courses in or after school.

A teacher/school can purchase Student Resource Manuals and/or Student Program Booklets for every student in the program.

Teachers/schools are to order manuals seven to ten working days in advance to their course start date by faxing a copy of the CFES Order Form or emailing in an order to the CFES administrative office. At the end of each program the teacher is required to mail to CFES office: CFES Course Registration Form (CRCF) along with a CFES Record of Completion and Program Evaluation Forms from each student in each course.

Teachers and schools are responsible and liable for the copyright protection of CFES Program Resources. Access guidelines do not apply to CFES resources. CFES Copyright Protection Statement: All rights reserved. No part of Canadian Fitness Education Services Ltd. (CFES) copyrighted materials (including manuals, program booklets, educator kits and homestudy and classroom course format) may be reproduced or transmitted in any form (verbal, written) or by any means, electronic, or mechanical (including photocopying), recording or by any information storage or retrieval system without written permission from CFES.
